They collaborated with STRABAG Real Estate to construct this contemporary business center, which commenced in 2022 and is now operational. The company has experienced substantial growth in the past four years, entirely through its own efforts. They have increased their employee count by 90%, rising from 525 in 2020 to 1,000 today. EveryMatrix also declared record earnings in 2023.
The new office is situated near University Square, in the very heart of the city. This ensures convenient access for employees, clientele, and collaborators.

The structure meets the demanding LEED V4 Gold green certification standards, incorporating sustainable building techniques to minimize environmental and human health hazards. The new office utilizes climate and environmentally friendly building materials and construction methods, establishing a new benchmark for corporate and environmental accountability.
